When Rutsell and I look at Four Seasons at Homestead (Dixon) this month, the news is two new-construction closings: a $537,787 median sold price and a reported 99% sale-to-list ratio. Active, new-listing, and days-on-site figures were not shown for the period, and one pending home is not available.
Four Seasons at Homestead is a 55+ community in Dixon, Solano County. It is resale only now: all new homes have sold, so current inventory is resale. You can read the full community guide for more on the community itself.
