About Gary Lee
Gary Lee is a Northern California REALTOR® with eXp Realty of Northern California, Inc. He has been a full-time California REALTOR® since 2004 and specializes in 55+ and active-adult communities throughout Greater Sacramento and Northern California.
Today, Gary works alongside his wife and business partner, Rutsell Lee, through The Gary Lee Team and NorCal55Plus.com. Together, they help buyers and sellers research 55+ communities, compare lifestyle options, understand resale and new-construction opportunities, and make informed decisions about their next move.
Through NorCal55Plus.com, Gary personally researches 55+ and active-adult communities across the region, with a focus on community amenities, HOA considerations, home styles, builders, resale inventory, new construction, location differences, community rules, and the everyday lifestyle each community offers.
His work goes beyond simply identifying homes for sale. Gary studies how individual 55+ communities compare, what makes one community different from another, and which features may matter most to buyers who are downsizing, relocating, considering active-adult living, or planning the next stage of homeownership.
NorCal55Plus.com is designed as a dedicated Northern California resource for people researching 55+ living. The site includes community guides, market updates, neighborhood comparisons, video tours, local real estate information, and firsthand observations intended to help buyers and sellers better understand their options before making a decision.
Gary continues to personally visit, study, and track 55+ communities throughout Greater Sacramento and Northern California so the information on NorCal55Plus.com is grounded in real communities, real housing options, and current local market conditions.
